1. Program description

Leadermel LLC, doing business as Mel Mel, operates a text messaging program that sends order confirmations, delivery and shipping updates, responses to customer service inquiries, and occasional product and pricing information to customers who have opted in to receive them.

2. How to opt in

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages when you place an order, request a quote, open a wholesale account, or complete a form on our website, or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Transactional messages are sent as needed in connection with your orders. Promotional messages, if you have consented to receive them, are sent no more than four times per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Leadermel does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described in Section 2, or reply START.

7. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided in order to enroll in this program.

9. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at leadermel.com/policies/privacy-policy.
